Travis Turnbull Signs With Duesseldorfer EG of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga in Germany
As for now the latest addition to the Duesseldorf EG Travis Turnbull is required. The 26-year-old center changes from the farm team of the Buffalo Sabres, the Rochester Americans (American Hockey League) to the Rhine. In 63 games Turnbull scored twelve goals and gave 15 assists. This past season, he also went for three games for the Sabres on the ice and scored once.

Never drafted by an NHL team, Turnbull signed with the Sabres organization as a free agent in April 2009 after playing four years of college hockey with the Michigan Wolverines in the NCAA.
