Friedmann scores two as Grizzlies beat Clippers

St. Louis might not seem the obvious place to look for hockey talent. But T.J. Friedmann would care to disagree. The six-foot-three native of the Missouri metropolis scored twice to lead the Victoria Grizzlies to a 5-2 victory over the Nanaimo Clippers on Saturday night at the Q Centre as the B.C. Hockey League club rolled to 18-5-5.

Better Late Than Never, Grizzlies Get Their Man in Friedmann

It’s nice to feel wanted and T.J. Friedmann’s appreciation level has certainly increased since joining the Victoria Grizzlies.

The St. Louis native is the latest addition to the B.C. Hockey League’s roster, joining the team that initially began recruiting him out of the Victory Honda U-18 hockey program in Detroit last year.
