The Rapid City Rush, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Arizona Coyotes and AHL’s Springfield Falcons, announced earlier today the signing of rookie defenseman Brian O’Rourke for the 2015-16 ECHL season. O’Rourke becomes the third defenseman announced this offseason, joining Brett Kostolansky and Kirill Tulupov.
The Ontario Reign, four-time ECHL Pacific Division Champions and proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s 2014 Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings and Winnipeg Jets, have announced that the club has signed rookie defenseman Brian O’Rourke and have added him to the team’s Reserve List for the 2015 Kelly Cup Playoffs.
When the NCAA Frozen Four begins in Boston next week, four St. Louis products will be spread among the programs playing for college hockey supremacy. They include Brian O’Rourke (Nebraska-Omaha), Dominic Zombo (Nebraska-Omaha), Nick Saracino (Providence) and Michael Parks (North Dakota).
