Seven Admirals Head to Anaheim Ducks Training Camp – Pat Maroon

Sound Tigers Sign Costello and Combs

The Bridgeport Sound Tigers announced today they have signed forwards Chad Costello and Jack Combs to professional tryout contracts (PTOs).

Combs, 24, has also appeared in 27 games with the Colorado Eagles this season. The St. Louis, MO native currently leads the ECHL with 19 goals, ranks second in the ECHL behind Costello with 42 points and ranks third in the league with 23 assists. Combs recorded 37 points in 23 games with Colorado last season, but spent the majority of the 2011-12 campaign with the AHL’s Worcester Sharks, notching 30 points (16 goals, 14 assists) in 50 games.

Shane Prince, Jakob Silfverberg and Patrick Wiercioch each scored for the Senators (8-4-2), who won their fourth straight game.
