Denver peppered Chill goalie Linus Lundin with 43 shots but St. Charles battled back from a 3-0 second period deficit to close within a goal on Kyle O’Kane’s ninth but an empty netter from Garett Bembridge, his 30th, counted for the final tally.

Chill Win in Shootout 3-2
Anthony Perdicaro scored as the first skater in the shootout and rookie Linus Lundin picked up his first win as a professional by pitching a shutout in the extra session that saw St. Charles hold off the Denver Cutthroats by a final of 3-2.
Beast Score Twice Late; Edge Chill in Shootout
The Chill scored three goals in the final three minutes of the second period to take control 3-1 but allowed two in the final five minutes of regulation to send the game to extra time where St. Charles eventually lost the shootout on the sixth shooter to fall by a final of 4-3.
Chill Fights to End in 4-3 Loss
Chill defenseman Steve Makway blasted in his second goal of the game and sixth of the season with under three minutes left in regulation to bring St. Charles within one goal but Quad City withstood a late flurry to hang on to a 4-3 win Friday night.
Chill Loses in Shootout 4-3
The Chill got two-point nights from Jordan Fox, Steve Makway, and Martin Hlinka to carry a one-goal lead into the third period but Tulsa tied it midway through the period to force overtime and took the extra point in a shootout by a final of 4-3.
Fox Scores Twice; Chill Dominates Mavs
This was a big win. The captain led the way. St. Charles scored four power play goals, two from skipper Jordan Fox, and got some outstanding goaltending from Robby Moss en-route to a 5-3 win over the cross-state rival Missouri Mavericks.
Chill Loses Heartbreaker to Mavs
St. Charles trailed for just 10 seconds on Friday night but it was the final 10 seconds that counted the most as the Chill squandered a 4-2 third period lead and left the Independence Events Center with a winless streak of six games after falling to the Missouri Mavericks by a final of 5-4.
Late Chill Comeback Falls Short
For the fifth time in the last six games the St. Charles Chill outshot their opponent but the Chill played from behind for most of the night and a third period goal that stretched the lead to 2-0 was too much to overcome for the home team.
Pink the Rink November 30th
The St. Charles Chill are preparing for one of their largest nights of the season on November 30th when they get set to “Pink the Rink” to help raise money for cancer research.
Sundogs Hold On To 3-2 Win
For the second straight night the Chill lost a tough one by one goal to the Arizona Sundogs at The Family Arena. After falling behind 1-0 and again at 2-1, St. Charles came back twice to tie it but never took the lead as Arizona goalie Andrew Engelage came up with some phenomenal stops to keep the Chill offense at bay.
