Blues send Butler, Jaskin, Lindbohm to AHL
The Blues set their 23-man opening day roster on Tuesday, sending defensemen Chris Butler and Petteri Lindbohm and forward Dmitrij Jaskin to Chicago and sending forward Robby Fabbri to his junior team.
